When you hit with your Unarmed Strike, you can reroll the damage dice and choose the higher roll. If you aren't holding any weapons when you make the attack roll, add a your unarmed strike ability modifier (usually Strength) twice to the damage roll instead of only once.

At the start of each of your turns, you can deal Bludgeoning damage equal to your twice your unarmed strike ability modifier (usually Strength) to one creature Grappled by you.
